  Visitors are welcome, by prior arrangement.  Day visit hours are  12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  Saturday and Sunday only,  overnighting guests please check with us via e-mail as
  your hours would be negotiable.

  Overnight accommodations are rough camping, no latrine or porta-john, no amenities, no
                                                                                            handicap access, although parking by the campsite is possible.  There is a firepit, to be used
                                                                                           under supervision.  Compensation for overnights is non-cash based, labor or material
                                                                                            donations to the Temple, and no gift is too small. 

  Visitor opportunities include:

  • Utiseta, or "sitting out" for purposes of communing with Odin, Ingvi Freyr, or the landvaettir (land spirits).  Support provided, with negotiation.
  • private, silent retreat in sacred space with no outside interruptions
  • rune-making with traditional materials--fruit or nut tree wood from Breidablik--provided for a small donation.
  • Readings with Elder Futhark runes.  See the Policy for Readings.
  • hands-on gardening and horsemanship experience, if approved.  Horseback riding is NOT part of our offerings, as Temple horses are ridden only by the caretakers, as in Hrafnkels Saga Freysgoða.  See the Policy for On-Site Activities.
